Josh was awesome! He was very thorough in walking me through how to set up and navigate my new security system. He made sure I was comfortable with the system before he left. I also want to shout out Tyler. He has been sooo helpful in updating our whole house AV and security system! He is ALWAYS available whenever I need to ask him for help or have a question. I am a long time customer of Lifestyle Electronics and am always surprised by the great customer support I receive. We have an audio/sound system Lifestyle upgraded for us several months ago. For some reason, I couldn't get the system to turn on, even after resets that were available via an app. I called for support first thing on a Friday morning. Within one hour, Bruce was examining our system from the office for possible causes/solutions. He decided he needed to come out personally and, within 4 hours, he did. He found that one component needed a reset, something neither I nor Lifestyle could do remotely. After he successfully reset the receiver, he then explained how I could do it. Even more remarkable, he then set up the system where he could add a remote reset option for me using our iPad. He went back to the office and shortly after, it was added to our app. Keep in mind, all of this was a last minute issue on a Friday which was solved for both present and future issues that might occur. Bruce was great - patient (with me), professional, and supportive. Lifestyle Electronics supports their services long after the sale. Keep that in mind the next time you consider an audio/sound system for your home.

I am so pleased with Tyler and Armando! I am a new customer with an existing home automation system. After living with the system, I wanted some programming changes to better meet our lifestyle and our television was not connecting with the surround sound or responding to the remote controls. Tyler came out and took very detailed notes. A+ listening skills and insightful questions. Armando followed up with reprogramming the system and providing installing a couple cables and hardware. Just like that - the TV is much easier to operate. The surround sound is working. And the inconvenient programming issues are resolved. Bottom line, if you want the optimal functionality of your home automation system, this is the team.

We have used Lifestyle Electronics throughout our home for all our electronic needs. We have come to appreciate Lifestyle as a very honest, reliable and professional company. We hired Lifestyle Electronics to provide all electronics in our new Park City home. This included audio/video/security/lighting/surveillance cameras/blinds. The work included all wiring, components, installation, and programming into an integrated platform. We chose Savant as the core system, given positive prior experience. We are incredibly pleased with the results. The Lifestyle team did a fantastic job through all phases of the work. We found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and super reliable to work with as a team and individually. Bottom line, we could not be happier with the system. Though complex in installation and setup, the interface is very intuitive and easy to use. And in the few instances where we have required follow-up (this is a complex system with lots of moving parts), the Lifestyle team has been responsive and prompt to attend to our requests. We had been struggling with our TV & sound system for years. I had called and was visited by several other companies all offering a variety of solutions. I chose Lifestyles because I felt comfortable with the answers to my questions and was not feeling pressured. I was given honest answers as I had done some research. The team came in and with little interference, updated our tv & sound system and made us very happy. It is not complicated, it works and we are spending less.. what could be better. I cannot say enough amazing things about Erik and Armando, the troubleshooting and tech team at Lifestyles Electronics! I needed help with setting limits and family protections on our router in our home that is a fully automated system that Lifestyles installed 4 years ago. Erik spent time with me on the phone setting up what we could take care of immediately and then after that he did some research, he sent me the type of firewall router I should add that would work with our existing home electronics system and make our internet as safe as possible for our family. After I ordered the router, Armando came out and got us set up. He took the time to explain everything to me and get my phone set up to control the new router. I am so thankful for their promptness and willingness to figure out how to make this work for our family to keep everyone safe.

I cannot say enough great things about Lifestyle Electronics. Kyle, Kim and team are truly excellent at what they do. We hired Lifestyle to do all of the low voltage work on our new build in Deer Valley, including lighting, network, security, sound and automated shades. Lifestyle came up with a plan that fit our budget (which they were very respectful of), executed it flawlessly and were super easy to work with along the way. I also really appreciate that there were no surprises in terms of billing -- it costs what they say it will cost, which seems to be a rarity in the construction world. Outstanding customer service! Our Park Meadows remodel is finally complete. The Lifestyle team came out and spent time reviewing our complete installation -- security cameras and system, Sonos sound system, water sensors, window shades. The training was helpful to understand how everything works in our home. Kyle and Graydon provided useful tips and tweaks to make the our smart home even smarter -- if that's possible! The ongoing customer support has been phenomenal.

Lifestyle electronics is phenomenal. Last year Wayde and Bruce took over a poorly installed system that never worked. It took days to rewire and reconfigure system Upon our return this year Bruce rebooted system remotely. When there was still an issue I sent photos and he solved problem without needing a technician. Finding ethical companies in Park City has been at times challenging. Lifestyle Electronics is well named. Delivery of service is flawless and well priced.

Everything they said would happen for the quote did. Install had a little hickup due to our HDMI already existing being impossible to remove without a fair bit of trouble. Instead they came up with a couple of work arounds and let us choose. We did choose and their efforts worked. It even saved us some money so the install was just the same solution as proposed but the final cost came in less than proposed. Everybody should use this organization for their AV needs. We love their solution.

Lifestyles did a great job every step of the way here on this project at Alf. Bruce worked everything up and got the proposal in order and Steve executed flawlessly. Would use these two anytime.

Lifestyle Electronics ("LE") team (Josh specifically) were FANTASTIC... had a couple expired CO devices that went off in the middle of the night... LE was on it in the AM first thing, and by noon Josh was on the way to figure it out, then he somehow went away and found some replacements and then had them installed by late afternoon... talk about quick / smooth service!!!... I've been working with Lifestyle Electronics for more than ten years and have always had great service and responsive communications. I met Kevin Barnes when we first bought our house in Promontory and they have installed and maintained our media and internet systems for the entire time we've been there. I've worked with Ron regularly for minor service/technology issues and new component installation, and recently Wayde was able to remotely upgrade all of our network switches and find some extra speed on our network within hours of my call. We have been very happy with the relationship and expect it to continue for years to come.

I just had my home electronics upgraded after 12 years. I worked with Lifestyle on the design and installation. I am extremely satisfied with the results. It was a pleasure working with the entire team. In todays world you do not often get to say this, but it was much cheaper than I had expected. The team actually worked with me and made recommendations to keep the cost down without sacrificing quality !!!

Great A/V Company and alarm too

Tyler, Armando and many of the crew at Lifestyle Electronics took great care of me. I live in Texas and they handled work at my house in Park City. They are super knowledgeable, service minded and very professional. I'll be using them for any other electronic needs I have in the future.

My "smart house" was in need of a competent tutor. Armand came, spent the afternoon, and now everything works again! If your smart house becomes dumb, call Lifestyle and ask for Armand.

Lifestyle provided me with a highly customized and personalized networking and Sonos-based sound system setup in my new home. Obviously, I was not looking for a cookie-cutter "BestBuy" setup and paid a premium to use their services. Nonetheless, their labor rates to perform the install were reasonable for the area and arguably justified given the quality and professionalism of the work I received. They proposed some very high-end hardware (but not unfairly marked up) as well as options for me to procure some of the hardware myself which I appreciated. Riley was my main POC who was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We had to make several revisions to the proposal/estimate and he was responsive, courteous, and patient with me. The install went smoothly and was done by three other professional installers (in addition to Riley) with expertise spanning across networking, WiFi, and A/V. Unexpectedly, what turned out to be the most complicated part of the install was assembling a combined TV-sound-bar wall mount on a tiled media wall and concealing all of the various cables. I want to give a special shoutout to Randy who was very careful and methodical while doing this rather tedious job. I appreciate him staying late beyond the original estimate to complete the install and to clean up. All in all, our media wall looks beautiful and our sound bar and speakers are in harmony with each other and the rest of the networking in the house. I will definitely reach out to the Lifestyle team again for future A/V and networking needs or if we need them to make a future house-call for any tweaks.

Moon and Tyler and Brock knocked it out of the park. Installed a 3 unit Sonace system through a maze of conduits running under concrete and around the yard routing everything into a central location and connected to the overall Sonos system inside/outside.
